Policy

Full Payment Requirement

  • Full payment must be made upfront before the commencement of any work.

No Refunds or Deposits

  • There are absolutely no refunds or deposits. All sales are final once a purchase is completed. Refunds will not be issued.
  • Exceptions by Agreement
    Refunds will only be considered if a prior agreement has been made between both parties in writing. Without such an agreement, this policy remains in effect.

  • Project Cancellation
    If a project is canceled by the client after purchase, no refund will be provided due to the allocation of time and resources, regardless of whether the project has commenced or remains unstarted.

Turnaround Time
  • The standard turnaround time for a project is 2-10 ( does not include weekends ) business days unless a premium service has been purchased.

Revisions Policy

  • One revision is included with your purchase. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $10 each, unless the revision is required due to an error on my part.

Project Deletion

  • Projects will be deleted 2 days after completion. No changes or fixes will be made after this period.

Response Time

  • I will respond to emails and messages within 24 hours during business days. Please allow this time frame for any inquiries or updates.

Status Updates

  • You will receive an initial confirmation of your order and an update when your project is completed. Additional status updates will be provided only if there are significant changes or delays.

Inquiries

  • While I understand the excitement around your project, please avoid sending multiple inquiries about the status. Trust that I am working diligently to complete your order within the specified turnaround time.

  • Constructive and clear feedback is encouraged during the revision process. Please be specific about any changes or adjustments you would like.

Adherence to Policies

  • By placing an order, you agree to adhere to all stated policies, including payment, refunds, turnaround times, and communication guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your project without a refund.

  • Should any issues arise, I am committed to resolving them in a fair and professional manner. Please communicate any concerns calmly and clearly, and I will do my best to address them.

Final Decisions

  • As the service provider, I reserve the right to make final decisions regarding the suitability of requested revisions and the overall direction of the project, while keeping your best interests in mind.
